Crushed glass grit is made of 100% recycled clear glass, or glass frit grit or fiber glass grit, after undergoing multiple rigorous processing steps, such as crushing, screening, and impurity selection,to get the high-quality, clean, inclusion-free product. Daixi glass chip Crushed Clear Glass is an ideal material for engineering stone & quartz stone manufacture.

For production of glass chips, we have two production methods: Hammer milling, ball milling.  Different facility has different advantages and features. One produce in larger granules. While the ball milling focus on smaller size glass chips. Due to the granules has full and round surface, that will save more resin and make the quartz slab owe stronger structure during quartz surface production.
